About Us
At R&R Collaborative Therapy Services, we believe in collaborative teamwork with a multi-disciplinary team and client-centered care. Our growing practice provides in-home, school, community, and telehealth services across Overland Park, Kansas City and the surrounding areas. We are looking for a dedicated Speech Therapist who wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.
Position Overview
In this role, you’ll work closely with our multidisciplinary team that includes BCBAs, RBTs, and Occupational Therapists, to provide individualized speech and language therapy. Your expertise will help children build communication, social skills, and confidence.
Position Details

  • Type: PRN Contract, Part-Time, or Full-Time (flexible based on interest)
  • Hours: 10–25 billable hours per week, with the option to grow into full time
  • Location: Overland Park, Kansas City and surrounding areas
    • Services may take place in homes, schools, or the community
    • Telehealth options available for some sessions
Pay & Structure
  • Rate: $40–$55 per visit (based on experience and type of service)
  • Evaluations: $75 Flat rate offered for evaluations (time varies by client)
  • Contract: PRN, Independent contractor position with the potential to transition into part-time or full-time employment if desired
  • Part time to Full time and PRN available.
