Client in the Lancaster-area is seeking a Part-Time Billing Clerk (10-15 hours per week) to assist with high-volume data entry, billing support, and administrative tasks while maintaining accurate records and supporting departmental operations. Salary is $18-$20/hr, DOE

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PART-TIME BILLING CLERK
  • The Part-Time Billing Clerk will perform high-volume data entry while reviewing and updating billing, service order, and customer records
  • The Part-Time Billing Clerk will prepare, organize, file, scan, print, and distribute documents while maintaining accurate electronic and paper files
  • Review reports for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and communicate issues to the appropriate team members
  • Provide general administrative support for departmental projects and routine office tasks

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE PART-TIME BILLING CLERK
  • One year of office or administrative experience required
