The Billing Clerk is responsible for accurately and effectively processing invoices and data into company systems and databases.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Processes daily invoices out to customers
  • Accurately enters information into company computer systems
  • Provides accurate and timely information when billing customers
  • Demonstrates high resource utilization
  • Audits unbilled orders

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong communication Skills
  • Competent user of MS Office

Physical Demand:
Remain in a seated position for an extended period of time, using hands and fingers to type, pick up papers, place phone calls. Occasional lifting (maximum 15lbs), bending, reaching and/or kneeling. Expressing and/or exchanging ideas by means of spoken word to impart oral information to clients, coworkers, and public.
