At LRS Architects, we believe thoughtful design starts with thoughtful people. We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Billing Specialist, part-time to support our project teams through accurate billing, project record maintenance, and consultant invoice coordination.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, accuracy, and communication, while working in a fast-paced professional environment with a variety of internal and external partners.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Prepare, review, and distribute client invoices
  • Coordinate with Project Managers regarding billing updates and revisions
  • Maintain accurate client, consultant, and project records
  • Process consultant invoices and support pay-when-paid tracking
  • Manage project lifecycle documentation from project start-up through close-out
  • Maintain organized digital and paper billing files
  • Support reporting and process improvements related to billing and project tracking
  • Ensure project billing requirements, supporting documentation, and related correspondence are maintained in accordance with company standards
  • Support firm accounting if applicable.
