Job description

Our client, a commercial plumbing and mechanical contractors representative located in Buford, is looking for a new permanent Part-time Sales Support Specialist to join their wonderful team. *This is not a contract or temporary role.  We are looking for candidates who are in a season of life where part-time work is what they ideally want/need.
This hybrid role can be worked in 15-20 hours per week during normal business hours (7:30am - 5:30pm).  Mondays in the Buford office are required, but the remaining work days can be worked from your home office after training is complete and you have a good understanding of the job. Our client is flexible and willing to accommodate your desired work schedule. 
If you have previous experience supporting a sales team with data analytics, reporting, and CRM maintenance, this could be a great fit for you.  Our client needs someone with strong Excel skills and CRM experience. PowerPoint and Wordpress skills are also helpful.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Assistant:
1) Map/transfer Manufacturer sales reports into Repfabric CRM (Weekly)
2) Prep Database & Peachtree data for transfer to Repfabric CRM (Weekly)
3) Prep and Produce sales reports for Outside Sales team giving them ammo for their weekly
sales calls. (Weekly)
4) Track Jobs: Evaluate quotes, prioritize jobs by potential revenue to help secure submittal
process. (Weekly)
5) Help create, develop, and maintain Knowledge Vault and the Toolbox. (Ongoing)
6) Manage internal projects as needed
7) Maintain all current pricing on pricing “form”, in CRM/Repfabric, and on the server (Ongoing)
8) Build and maintain pricing module for all categories for quoting and pricing. (Ongoing)
9) Initiate customer contact both through email and phone for quote follow ups, job
conversion follow ups, and strategic plan execution. (Weekly)
10) Manage manufacturer job reporting (Monthly)
11) Act as "Chief Communication Officer": Transfer all new information from manufacturers and
customers to team thru meeting updates and weekly or bi-monthly reporting. (Ongoing)
12) Manage Jobs/CRM in planning phase by using Dodge and communicating with engineers. (Ongoing)
13) Assist with the setup of Lunch and Learns and engineer meetings. (As needed)
14) Manage Power BI reporting to assist with meetings and to report sales.
15) Keep the information in the CRM accurate and up to date. (Ongoing)
Marketing Assistant:
1) Create and send email blasts with updates for wholesalers, contractors, and engineers.
2) Develop "Lunch and Learn" Powerpoint presentations for sale team, both individual
manufacturers, all lines together, and targeted ones with a few manufacturers.
3) Develop New Product Kits for new products or new manufacturers (As Needed)
4) Keep line cards, business cards, logo apparel, and other branding updated and current. (As Needed)
5) Develop and maintain PowerPoint presentation used for Manufacturer Interviews (Ongoing)
6) Maintain CRM database (Ongoing)
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
*Minimum of 3 years of strong administrative support experience
*Previous experience supporting a sales team with the types of duties listed above is a big plus
*Able to commit to a long-term part-time position
*Strong Excel and CRM skills
*Previous PowerPoint experience
*Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay rate is $28 per hour.
