The Part Time Barista plays a key role in creating memorable customer experiences by preparing beverages and food items to Starbucks' exacting standards. This role requires excellent multitasking abilities, a friendly demeanor, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. The ideal Part Time Barista thrives in a collaborative, high-energy setting and takes pride in delivering consistent quality with every order.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to Starbucks recipes and quality standards
  • Greet customers warmly and engage in friendly, attentive conversation to build positive relationships
  • Accurately process customer orders and payments using the point-of-sale system
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area in compliance with health and safety regulations
