Job Description

We are looking to add a Barista to our team. This is a great opportunity to be a part of an organization that believes our team members are our most important resource and therefore take great pride in selecting individuals that help us to achieve our company’s mission. The Marketplace at the Sandpearl Resort serves as a place for our guest to refuel or catch their breath for Starbucks coffee, healthy snacks, convenient sundry items, freshly made pastries, and light fare when they need a bite while on the go.

Essential Functions:

  • Greet guests in a timely manner with a professional friendly tone
  • Provide attentive, efficient, friendly service following our SOP’s
  • Willing to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays
  • Complete all opening side work to prepare yourself for the shift
  • Complete all closing side work at end of shift
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage;
  • Follow all policies and procedures
  • Responsible for personal hygiene, grooming, clean uniform, and professional appearance
  • Responsible for punctuality when reporting to work, and clocking in only after being in full uniform

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
  • Previous experience a plus
