We are seeking passionate hospitality professionals who take pride in creating memorable moments and delivering outstanding service.

We are currently seeking an energetic and guest-focused Bartender to create memorable experiences for our restaurant, lounge and hotel guests.

Schedule:

This primarily works second-shift hours and requires open availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays based on hotel occupancy, business demands, and event schedules. This is a part-time position.

Compensation:
$10/hour plus tips

As a Watermill Breakfast Bartender, you would:

  • Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
  • Recommend beverages, cocktails, wine, and menu pairings to enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area throughout the shift.
  • Process guest orders and payments accurately through the POS system.
  • Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure compliance with all responsible alcohol service guidelines.
  • Maintain knowledge of current menus, seasonal offerings, and daily specials.
  • Assist restaurant servers and support team members as needed.
  • Complete opening, closing, and side work duties.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health department requirements.
  • Participate in inventory control, stocking, and product rotation.
  • Provide exceptional hospitality that encourages guest loyalty and repeat business.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and assist with special events when needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Previous bartending experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
  • Strong guest service and communication skills.
