Child Interventionist/Behavior Technician
MULTIPLE OPENINGS!!!
Butterfly Effects' Mission is to make a socially meaningful change in the lives of children and families by hiring passionate, caring people to serve children and families affected by autism.
We are seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians, both entry-level and experienced, to directly assist children with autism in honing vital skills like communication, social interaction, and self-care. Join us in collaborating with families to execute ABA based behavior intervention plans.

  • Competitive Compensation: Earn $21.00 - $28.00 hourly, based on your experience, education, and certifications.
  • Part-Time Flexibility: You chose your schedule! Most are 9 to 15 hours per week. Available schedules:
    • 3, 4 or 5 Days; M - F; 3 hour shifts between 3 PM - 7 PM
    • 3 days; M-F; 3 hour shift between 4 to 7:30 PM
    • 5 days; M - F; 6 to 7 hour shift between 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Must have already completed the 40 RBT Course (3rd Edition) or RBT certified
