  1. Bachelor's Degree Required.
  2. Knowledge of athletics and PIAA rules and regulations.
  3. Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
  4. Demonstrates computer literacy.
  5. Ability to interact with others in a manner that demonstrates professionalism, respect, and dignity.
  6. Act 34, Act 151, and FBI Clearances (self-paid)
  7. Pre-Employment Drug Testing (self-paid)
  8. Act 126 & Act 71 Certification.
  9. Letter of Interest, Resume and Application through the District website

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Oversees daily operations, including coordinating facility scheduling, transportation for teams, and event management for home contests.
  • Compliance & Eligibility: Handles athlete compliance, ensuring adherence to PIAA, state, or district regulations.
  • Administrative Support: Assists with budgeting, purchasing, and maintaining inventory of equipment.
  • Staff & Athlete Support: Acts as a liaison with coaches, supporting staff development, and advocating for student-athletes.
