Malloy Auto Group is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Automotive Service Cashier to support our service department. This individual will be the final point of contact for our service customers, responsible for providing a smooth and professional checkout experience. If you're detail-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced automotive environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Greet service customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Process payments for service and repair orders accurately
  • Handle cash, credit card, and check transactions
  • Balance register at the end of the day and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with answering service department phone calls as needed
  • Communicate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely vehicle delivery
  • Maintain a clean and organized cashier counter and waiting area
  • Provide administrative support to the service team when necessary
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve basic customer concerns
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a cashier, customer service, or administrative role (preferred)
