Job Title: Team Assistant (Part-Time)
Location: Buffalo Grove, IL
Employment Type: Temporary (6+ Months)

Schedule Details:
Tuesday-Thursday: 7:15 AM-4:45 PM
Friday: 7:15 AM-12:45 PM

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Team Assistant to support front desk operations and training coordination activities. In this role, you will create a positive experience for visitors, students, and staff while ensuring day-to-day administrative and classroom functions run efficiently.

What You'll Do
  • Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly, professional manner
  • Serve as the first point of contact for front desk and administrative support needs
  • Review and submit building maintenance and facility work orders
  • Coordinate classroom setup, training materials, catering, and logistics for scheduled training sessions
  • Support the student experience from enrollment through course completion
  • Maintain accurate records within the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and other functions, to monitor and manage data
  • Prepare classrooms and materials prior to training sessions
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations

What You'll Bring
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 2 years of Microsoft Excel experience required
  • Experience with VLOOKUP and data management functions strongly preferred

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
