**PART TIME Temp Project **

**Pay Expectancy $30-$45- depending on experience **

We are seeking a part-time Leave Administration professional to support our HR team for approximately 20 hours per week. Compensation will be based on experience.

Position Perks:

  • Part Time temporary project
  • $30 per hour
  • Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for employee leave-related questions and support.
  • Administer and manage all leave programs, including FMLA, ADA, parental leave, disability, company leaves, and state-specific leave programs.
  • Partner with HR to ensure leave administration aligns with company attendance policies and applicable regulations.
  • Develop and maintain reporting to track leave trends, utilization, and potential risk areas.
  • Manage leave administration within Workday and Kronos, ensuring accurate records and system maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years previous HR or Leave Administration
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
