Job Description
As a Distribution Admin, you will provide essential administrative support to the distribution and warehouse operations. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing shipment and inventory information, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring distribution activities are completed efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities:
  • Enter and maintain accurate distribution, inventory, shipment, and order information in company systems
  • Process shipping and receiving documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and related paperwork
  • Monitor shipments and assist with tracking incoming and outgoing orders
  • Maintain organized records and documentation related to distribution activities
  • Assist with inventory counts, reconciliations, and resolving discrepancies
  • Communicate with warehouse personnel, drivers, vendors, and internal departments regarding shipment and order status
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents as needed
  • Review data for accuracy and promptly address discrepancies or missing information
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating deliveries and pickups
  • Follow company policies and procedures related to safety, inventory control, and distribution operations
  • Provide general administrative support to the distribution team as needed
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to enter and maintain information accurately in computer systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
