This role is essential for managing our financial operations, specifically focusing on handling all vendor invoices, tracking, and accounting for all bills. The ideal candidate will be an integral part of our team, ensuring our financial transactions are managed efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
• Manage and process all vendor invoices, ensuring they are accurately recorded and paid in a timely manner
• Track all financial transactions related to bills, including verification and reconciliation of accounts
• Maintain up-to-date records of all financial transactions in our accounting system
