Employment Type: Part time in our Showroom based out of Carlsbad, California
Experience Level: 12+ Years of experience in jewelry sales and/or design

What Youll Do:
As a Design Consultant, you will play a key role in creating unforgettable, personalized experiences for our clients. Acting as both a trusted jewelry expert and client concierge, you will guide customers through every stage of their custom jewelry journey from their first spark of inspiration to the moment they receive their finished piece.

  • Guide clients through the full consultation and custom design process with care, expertise, and attention to detail
  • Build meaningful relationships with customers, understanding their vision and helping bring it to life
  • Drive sales by confidently guiding clients toward purchase decisions while maintaining a high level of trust and service
  • Manage incoming leads and move them through the pipeline with timely, thoughtful follow-up
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with both clients and internal teams throughout each project
  • Provide knowledgeable support on jewelry, materials, and in-store processes to answer questions and problem-solve effectively
  • Ensure all orders and projects are tracked, organized, and completed accurately and on time
  • Contribute to a warm, polished, and welcoming showroom environment that reflects our brand
  • Support day-to-day showroom operations, including maintaining cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation
Compensation & Schedule
20-30 hours weekly
Saturday required
$20 $25 per hour DOE + profit sharing
