Responsibilities
  • Be the trusted advisor: Understand each client's unique needs, goals, and risksthen guide them with confidence.
  • Deliver tailored solutions: Analyze client needs and present personalized P&C coverage that's easy to understand and act on.
  • Build relationships that last: Grow your book of business through proactive communication and genuine, responsive service.
  • Own the client experience: Manage applications, endorsements, renewals, and policy changes with accuracy and care.
  • Stay ahead of the industry: Keep current on carriers, products, and regulations so your guidance is always sharp and reliable.

Requirements
  • Active P&C License preferred, but we're open to the right candidate motivated to get licensed.
  • Sales Drive & Ambition a track record of success; insurance or financial services experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional Communication confident, personable, and able to build trust quickly; bilingual in Spanish is a strong plus.
  • Client-First & Self-Motivated genuinely driven to help people, with the organization and follow-through to manage a pipeline independently.
  • Team Player & Tech-Savvy positive energy, initiative, and comfort learning CRM platforms and office software.
