Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Coaching: Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor new and existing insurance sales agents (producers) to maximize productivity and skill development.

Goal Setting & Performance Tracking: Establish clear monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (KPIs) for quoting, closing, and policy retention; track data daily via the agency CRM.

Pipeline & Strategy Development: Design and implement local marketing and sales strategies to expand the agency's book of business across personal lines (auto/home) and commercial/life lines.

Joint Selling & Closing: Step into high-value or complex client meetings to help team members pitch, negotiate, and close key accounts.

Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure all agency sales practices comply with state insurance regulations, carrier guidelines, and internal company policies.


Requirements

Experience: 3 to 5+ years of proven success in insurance sales, field marketing, or sales management.

Licensing: Active state license in Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health insurance (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)

.Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to motivate a team, conduct meaningful one-on-one performance reviews, and run high-energy morning huddles.

Technical Proficiency: Comfort using agency management systems, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or industry-specific tools), and data dashboards to track conversion rates.
