Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients, understanding their unique insurance needs.
  • Develop and present tailored insurance proposals, explaining coverage options clearly and concisely.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional service.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce additional relevant products and services to enhance client protection.
  • Process applications, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently.
  • Stay current with industry trends, product changes, and compliance requirements.

Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty License (Preferred)
  • Demonstrated success in a sales role, preferably within insurance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A genuine desire to help people and a strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a professional office setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
