In the role ofField MarketingAssociate you will be based in Denver Colorado.ย Thispersonwillexecutethe marketing strategythroughout Colorado, Utah, Montana and Wyomingย

Whatย You'llย Be Brewing:ย ย 

  1. Assistย in building portfolio of brands at theย Managementย Unitย (MU)ย level by driving positioning locally through activation, media, and retail programsย 
  1. Create strong customer relationships with region sales teams, distributors, and alliance partnersย in order toย ensure execution of national and local brand plansย 
  1. Assist Field Marketing Manager (FMM) and Management Unit (MU) leadership in executing MU 3-year strategic plan and alliance roadmap.ย 
  2. Accountable to FMM and MU leadership on maximizing regional investment and activation support (ticket management, administrative support, PO management, local radio partnership lead, sampling, eventย managementย and on-site activation execution).
  1. Execute and activate support plans against portfolio of priority brands, national packaging innovations, and local promotional packaging opportunities along with FMMย - from creative briefing to managing to point-of-sale/packaging executionย 
  1. Work in-market regularly to evaluate the effectiveness of our plans andย identifyย opportunities that make Molson Coors Beverage Company the first choice for our customers and consumersย

  1. You have aย bachelor'sย degree in sales or marketing or a related field OR at equivalent experienceย 
  1. You have 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field: consumer product experience preferredย

At Molson Coors, we're committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewardsย Offerings: $80,300.00ย -ย $105,400.00ย (posting salary range) +ย 10%ย target short term incentiveย +ย $23,000ย on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
