Position: Parking Ambassador
Location: Design District (3800 NE 1st Ave Miami, FL 33137)
Pay: $16/hour

Schedule: Mid-Shifts (11am to 7pm, 12pm to 8pm); shift days will vary and may include weekends.

The Parking Ambassador serves as the frontline representative for parking operations, delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring safe, efficient, and organized parking experiences for guests, tenants, and visitors. This role is highly visible and customer-facing, requiring a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to assist patrons with parking-related needs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a welcoming and professional experience to all customers and visitors
  • Greet and assist patrons with parking directions, payment options, and general inquiries
  • Monitor parking areas to ensure compliance with facility rules and regulations
  • Issue parking citations or warnings when necessary, following company policies
  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer concerns, complaints, or service requests
  • Assist with traffic flow during peak hours, special events, or emergencies
  • Perform basic facility checks (e.g., signage visibility, cleanliness, equipment functionality)
  • Report hazards, incidents, or maintenance issues to management
  • Utilize parking systems or handheld devices as required
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly parking environment
  • Represent the organization positively and professionally at all times

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Previous customer service, hospitality, or parking experience
  • Basic computer or mobile device proficiency
  • Ability to communicate clearly and courteously with diverse audiences
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
  • Must successfully pass a background check, in accordance with company policy and applicable laws
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide documentation verifying eligibility, as required by the Department of Homeland Security. Reimagined Parking participates in the E‑Verify program to confirm employment eligibility.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds if required
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

WORKING CONDITIONS:
  • Work is performed outdoors for extended periods of time including up to the entire duration of shift.
  • Employees are subject to environmental conditions including extreme heat and cold weather. Protection from weather conditions may be provided, but not necessarily from temperature changes
