Tria Orthopedics is seeking a dedicated and experienced Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center in Egg Harbor City, New Jersey. This full-time, onsite role offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. • Deliver individualized orthopedic therapy plans while applying evidence-based practices to enhance patient recovery.
• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to analyze patients' physical capabilities and limitations, developing tailored treatment strategies.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation techniques that address pain management, mobility, and overall functional independence.
• Oversee and mentor support staff, including physical therapist assistants and technicians, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
• Document patient progress meticulously in compliance with professional standards and organizational policies.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic protocols and strategies for at-home exercises to sustain long-term improvements.

In this role, you will primarily serve adolescents, adults, and older adults with a range of orthopedic issues such as post-operative recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Your interventions will be vital in helping patients regain their strength, mobility, and quality of life following various orthopedic challenges.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Valid and active state licensure or certification in physical therapy.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy is required.
• Advanced knowledge and skills in orthopedic therapy techniques, including assessment, treatment planning, and progress evaluation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for fostering positive relationships with patients and their families.

• Experience working in a rehabilitation center or similar clinical setting.
• Certification in advanced orthopedic manual therapy techniques is a plus.
• CPR certification is preferred, in accordance with Tria Orthopedics' policies.
