Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions to develop personalized treatment plans that promote recovery and overall health.
  • Implement a variety of orthopedic rehabilitation techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to manage pain and restore function.
  • Monitor patient progress through regular assessments and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
  • Work cooperatively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive care for each patient.
  • Educate patients and their families about treatment expectations, therapeutic exercises, and preventative measures to safeguard against further injury.

  • Document patient care activities thoroughly and timely within our electronic health record system to maintain accurate and accessible patient information.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on providing orthopedic care to adolescents, adults, and older adults. While experience with pediatric patients may be necessary for specialized roles within our team, the majority of your caseload will involve working with adults recovering from surgical procedures, sports injuries, and various musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited program in physical therapy.
