Job Description:

Tria Federal is looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead release management and Salesforceplatform operations. This role acts as the bridge between development, QA, and operations, ensuring stable and governed releases across multiple Salesforce orgs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end release management using Copado across multiple teams and orgs
  • Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines, branching strategies, and deployment governance
  • Oversee code promotions, release scheduling, and production deployments
  • Resolve complex deployment issues (dependencies, conflicts, environment inconsistencies)
  • Define and enforce DevOps best practices and release standards
  • Manage sandbox strategy, environment lifecycle, and data management
  • Monitor system health and ensure platform stability
  • Collaborate with architects and leadership on release strategy and governance
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for automation and release efficiency
  • Mentor junior admins and coordinate across Dev, QA, and business teams

Required Qualifications

  • 6-8+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
  • Strong expertise in Copado (or equivalent DevOps tools)
  • Deep understanding of CI/CD, version control, and deployment strategies
  • Strong experience with Salesforce configuration and automation
  • Experience managing releases in enterprise/multi-org environments

Preferred

  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification
  • Copado Fundamentals I & II
  • Experience in Federal/CMS environments
  • Knowledgeor experiencewithAgentforce and Data360
  • Exposure to security and compliance frameworks

Public Trust Clearance: This role will require the hired candidate to go through public trust clearance. A minimum of 3 years of stay in the U.S. within the last 5 years is required to be eligible to qualify for public trust clearance sponsorship.
