General Manager – Construction Operations Leadership

ParkerBeth Search Partners is partnering with a highly respected Southern California construction organization seeking a hands-on General Manager to oversee operations, field leadership, scheduling, workforce coordination, and production execution within a fast-paced residential construction environment.

This is a rare opportunity to join a stable, long-standing company with deep industry relationships, a loyal workforce, and ownership seeking a true operational partner to help lead the next phase of growth and structure.

The ideal candidate will bring strong construction operations leadership experience, preferably within residential concrete, production homebuilding, or subcontracting environments. This role requires someone who understands field operations, scheduling, manpower management, job costing, and builder relationships while also being able to strengthen internal communication and accountability across the organization.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong construction operations leadership experience
• Residential construction or subcontractor background preferred
• Experience managing crews, scheduling, and production operations
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced construction environments
• Job costing and profitability oversight experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead daily field and operational activities
• Manage manpower coordination and scheduling
• Oversee production workflow and operational execution
• Support field leadership and office coordination
• Monitor labor tracking, job costing, and profitability
• Build and maintain strong client and builder relationships
• Help improve operational systems and accountability

Compensation & Benefits

• $150K annually
