QA Technician – San Lorenzo, CA

ParkerBeth Search Partners is hiring QA Technicians for a growing food production organization supporting school nutrition and community meal programs.This is a hands-on, production-floor role where you will play a critical part in ensuring food safety and quality standards are met in real time. This is an immediate need so early applications will get priority.

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor food safety and quality during production
• Perform quality checks and verify compliance standards
• Identify issues and take corrective action immediately
• Support sanitation and documentation processes

What You Bring:

• 1–3 years QA experience in food manufacturing
• Bilingual Spanish required
• Strong attention to detail and common sense
• Ability to work early morning shifts
