THE JOB:
First impressions matter-and you'll be the first smile guests see! As a Parking Ambassador at MGM National Harbor, you'll set the tone for an unforgettable visit by welcoming guests, helping them get where they're going, and creating that "wow" moment right from arrival. If you love people, fast-paced energy, and being part of a hospitality-driven team, this is your spotlight role.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with questions, directions, and transportation needs
  • Open doors and welcome guests into the property with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Support Bell and Valet teams to ensure seamless arrival and departure experiences
  • Assist employees and guests in parking and curbside areas as needed
  • Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues to the appropriate supervisor when necessary
  • Learn and follow all company and departmental policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Help maintain a safe, organized, and guest-friendly arrival experience

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Has a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • 6+ Months of Prior Relevant Experience in Customer Service

Pay Rate:
The rate for this role is:
$15.84
This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.
Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
