Job description

Join our team at Parallel Employment as a Forklift Operator, where you'll play a crucial role in warehouse operations by safely and efficiently moving materials and products for one of our manufacturing customers in the Lancaster area. This position offers a starting wage of $17.50 per hour and is a first shift role.

As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating forklifts to transport goods within the warehouse, loading and unloading shipments, and ensuring proper storage of materials. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate forklifts to load and unload merchandise.
  • Move materials to and from storage areas and production lines.
  • Conduct pre-operation safety checks on equipment.
