Position Responsibilities
  • Manage a variety of litigation and pre-litigation matters, by organizing files and tracking deadlines to ensure timely case progression.
  • Support the intake of new legal claims by gathering details, assisting investigations and preparing insurance reports.
  • Handle responses to subpoenas and other document requests.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, contractors, insurers and brokers to ensure clear communication and smooth operations.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Paralegal certificate.
  • 5+ years in a law firm or corporate setting. Experience in the insurance industry a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills.
