Job description

Kosmos is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team in Anaheim. As a Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting our legal team and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our legal department. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with the preparation and filing of legal documents, including court filings, contracts, and other legal forms

- Maintain and organize legal files and documents, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible

- Communicate with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to gather information and provide updates on legal matters

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, depositions, and other legal proceedings

- Assist with document review and discovery processes

- Prepare and maintain legal correspondence and other communications

- Handle administrative tasks such as billing, timekeeping, and expense reports
