  • Corporate paralegal will manage primarily international subsidiary formations and corporate functions including corporate housekeeping, due diligence, corporate governance.
  • Support directors and officers in numerous subisidiaries and work closely with legal department handling contracts, workflow, and document management

  • Must have at least 5 years of corporate subsidiary experience on an international basis and be able to hit the ground running working independently in this practice.
  • Fully remote but work east coast hours independent.
