Are you an experienced Civil Litigation Paralegal seeking an opportunity in a dynamic, mid-sized law firm? Look no further! Dickson Frohlich Phillips Burgess is expanding its team and is on the lookout for a dedicated professional to join us full-time. This position will be based out of our Seattle location and will support attorneys in both Seattle and Tacoma offices.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal with a focus on real estate, construction, and business law. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of litigation paralegal experience. TEDRA experience is a plus. Familiarity with state and local court rules and procedure is a must. The successful candidate will support 2-3 attorneys, be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong organizational and time management skills.

Key Competencies:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of paralegal experience in litigation
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with e-filing/filing in local courts
  • Calendaring, scheduling, and docketing experience
  • Experience billing time; meeting a 5 hours per day billable hours requirement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, and some Excel)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Professional in appearance and demeanor
  • Punctual and reliable
