Are you detail-oriented and comfortable working with technology? We’re hiring now for multiple entry-level Document Scanner Operators for a high-volume production project in Portland. If you're reliable, organized, and looking for consistent work, this could be a great fit for you.

This document solutions company specializes in digitizing and managing large-scale paper files. You’ll be part of a professional production team in a clean, organized environment where accuracy and efficiency are key.

This production project is expected to last through the end of this year, with the potential of lasting longer!

Document Scanner Job Duties:
  • Operate industrial document scanners to digitize paper files 
  • Review scanned documents for format consistency, accuracy, and errors 
  • Flag and correct any quality issues 
  • Follow scanning procedures and meet daily production goals
Schedule Options: Monday – Friday 
  • Day Shift: 6: 30AM–3PM 
  • Swing Shift: 3PM–11:30PM

Pay: $18/hour

Document Scanner Requirements:
  • Comfortable using computers and scanning software 
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods 
  • Comfortable with handle repetitive tasks
