3 Month Assignment!
Immediate Openings: Document Control Assistants, Scanning Technicians, Cutters & Warehouse Associates

Location: Portland, OR
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Kelly is partnering with a leading document management and imaging services provider to hire for the following positions: Document Control Assistants, Scanning Technicians, Cutters, and Inventory/Warehouse Associates. Over 100 positions are available for a large-scale project.

Available Shifts:

  • Day Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Swing Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
  • Graveyard Shift: Monday – Friday, 11:30 PM – 6:30 AM
  • Weekend Shifts: Saturday & Sunday
    Additional shifts may be added in the coming months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare paper documents for scanning and digitization
  • Remove staples, paper clips, and bindings as needed
  • Operate high-speed document scanners
  • Perform quality checks on scanned images
  • Sort, organize, and file documents appropriately
  • Maintain document accuracy and confidentiality
  • Follow detailed work instructions and production schedules
  • Assist with inventory and warehouse functions as needed
  • Perform routine scanner cleaning and maintenance
  • Meet daily production and quality goals
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Previous experience in production, warehouse, document control, scanning, records management, or clerical work is helpful but not required

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 35 lbs
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
  • Performs repetitive hand and arm movements
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, production environment
