As a member of the Urbana team, you will be responsible for achieving optimum productivity while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This position supports a 24/7 operation working a 3-2-2 schedule rotating 2 weeks 7a-7p then 2 weeks 7p-7a.
How you’ll make an impact…
- Comprehensive understanding of personal and machine-specific safety
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment
- Physically inspect, communicate, and troubleshoot the quality of product and customer/order specifications
- Retrieve order specs, documentation, and order data to/from SAP
- Assist in machine maintenance and perform periodic maintenance to the machine
- Move material to and around the paper mill and stock prep area
