Skilled Machine Operator / Setup Technician

Sheboygan Paper Box Company Sheboygan, WI
Shift: 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities available

Sheboygan Paper Box Company is looking for skilled machine operators and mechanically inclined individuals to join our manufacturing team. We are currently hiring for multiple production departments including Printing, Die Cutting, and Finishing, operating specialized equipment used to produce high-quality folding cartons.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with machinery, performing equipment setups, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and learning complex equipment.

What Youll Do

  • Operate and monitor industrial production machinery
  • Perform machine setups, changeovers, and adjustments
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and help minimize downtime
  • Inspect product quality to ensure it meets specifications
  • Assist with routine machine maintenance and cleaning
  • Work with production teams to keep jobs running efficiently
  • Read and follow production work orders and job instructions
  • Safely operate Power Industrial Vehicles (PIV) when required

Types of Equipment You May Work With

Depending on department placement, employees may work with:

  • Offset printing presses
  • Die cutting presses
  • High-speed Folder/Gluer machines fitted with integrated automated feeding & packaging equipment
  • Carton packaging equipment
  • Automated feeding and finishing equipment

Training is provided for the specific equipment used in each department.
