Job description

Outlook Group is seeking a skilled and motivated Die Cutter Operator to join our Finishing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating a Bobst die cutter, ensuring jobs run efficiently, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout production.
We are currently hiring for 2nd Shift:
  • Monday - Thursday, 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM

We serve customers across a variety of industries-including food and beverage, private label, personal care, consumer healthcare packaging, consumer products, and contract packaging-delivering innovative solutions such as labels, shrink sleeves, folding cartons, flexible packaging, fulfillment, and contract packaging.
In This Role, You Will:
  • Set up and operate the Bobst finishing die cutter
  • Review and analyze job orders to ensure accuracy and readiness for production
  • Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain optimal output
  • Inspect finished products against specifications and quality standards throughout the run
  • Perform in-process and final quality checks prior to advancing work to the next stage
  • Accurately complete required production documentation, including materials used and production time
  • Use measurement tools to verify product dimensions and quality
  • Follow all established procedures, processes, and safety guidelines
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet production and customer expectations

What We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years of previous die cutting or related manufacturing experience preferred (Bobst experience a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
  • Ability to read and interpret job tickets and specifications
  • Basic math and measurement skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
