The position is located in Lordstown, OH (Commerce Center)

This position works Monday -Thursday 6:00am- 4:30p Fridays as needed





Position Summary

The machine operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining various production machinery, including assembly line, press machines, power equipment, various hand tools, and pallet jacks. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all machines are running efficiently and producing high-quality products. You will work closely with the production team to meet daily production targets and ensure that all safety protocols are followed.

Responsibilities:

  • Must be a self-starter
  • Must be able to keep up with production needs and have a good work ethic.
  • Must be able to safely operate power equipment, hand tools (e.g., various wood cutting saws, forklifts, drills, pneumatic nail and staple guns), pallet jacks, etc.
  • Will be responsible for maintaining machines and keeping a clean work environment.
  • Must maintain reporting records on daily production sheets and be able to assist in inventory counting.
  • Load and unload rolls of paper as needed
  • Setup glue area
  • Set cutter
  • Set offset
  • Set the caliper for final thickness
  • Ability to read a tape measure and caliper
