Job Title: Panther Club Representative

Department: Institutional Advancement - Panther Club

Supervisors: Brandon Tuthill and Darren Hill

Starting Rate of Pay: $10.00

Length of Time: Eligible for rehire on a semester basis.

High Point University Panther Club

Job Description

To provide an extraordinary experience for High Point University Panther Club members at

HPU Division One Athletic events. This will include working in hospitality areas during

men's and women's basketball games, executing panther club related donor events and

assisting the Panther Club team with projects throughout the academic year.

Job Location

The candidate is required to work Men's and Women's Basketball games as well as execute

office hours. This candidate will work inside the Nido and Mariana Qubein Center and

Conference Center, Witcher Athletic Center at Vert Stadium, Williard Stadium, and in the

Panther Club Suite located in the Steele Athletic Center.

Responsibilities:

Work Men's and Women's Basketball home games.

Assist with Donor Events and special projects.

Assist in the Box Office.

Assist with capturing Corporate Partnership Proof of Performance fulfillments.

Attend Panther Club related meetings.

Provide excellent customer service to High Point University Panther Club Donors.

Greet guests and help with pre-game duties.

Assist with Olympic Sports duties.

Hours Required: Hours will vary based on scheduling needs but will not exceed 20 hours

per week

Required Qualifications:

Full-time HPU student with interpersonal skills and positive attitude.

Excellent Customer Service skills.

Availability to work on weekends.

Desired Skills:

Must have a minimum 3.0 overall GPA.

Ability to communicate in a positive manner.

Be a representation of HPU's overall mission and core values.

Willing to be flexible on dates and time changes for games.
