Ray Laethem is Hiring Body Shop Technicians to work in a friendly and professional work environment. We offer competitive pay plans and have plenty of work available. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, works well in a team environment, and is committed to delivering high quality repairs and customer satisfaction. 

JOB DUTIES:

  • Perform collision repairs according to manufacturer and industry standards
  • Repair and replace damaged body panels, frames, and components
  • Conduct body filler, sanding, grinding, and metal finishing work
  • Remove and reinstall vehicle parts and trim
  • Maintain repair quality and meet production deadlines
  • Work closely with estimators, painters, and management
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment
