Part-Time Morning Office Assistant

At Thelen Auto Group Body Shop, we’re hiring a part-time Office Assistant to join our team from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday. This role is ideal for parents with school-aged kids, college students, retirees, or anyone looking to stay productive during the day while maintaining work-life balance.

In this role, you’ll be the friendly, organized force that helps keep our body shop running smoothly each morning. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced team, this could be a great fit for you. Even better—this is an entry-level opportunity with room to grow within the automotive industry.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage administrative processes from start to finish, including paperwork for parts ordering and repair tickets
  • Handle insurance paperwork and processing
  • Assist with scheduling department workflow
  • Coordinate with the Parts Department to order and receive parts
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email
  • Open and close repair orders
  • Help ensure every customer receives prompt, courteous, and professional service
  • Support accounts payable and receivable tasks
