A Typical Shift

You'll start by reviewing the day's workflow and checking where each vehicle stands, then pivot between the office and the shop floor as updates come in. Expect steady communication-quick touchpoints with technicians, service partners, and insurance contacts-plus time set aside for customer updates. Midday is often spent balancing estimates, approvals, and schedule changes while keeping the pace steady. Before the day ends, you'll confirm what's ready for delivery, what needs attention tomorrow, and what follow-ups must go out so nothing stalls.
