We are looking for a skilled Body Shop Technician who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a professional, well run collision repair team.

Job Description

Finnin Ford is seeking an Automotive Body Shop Technician to join our collision repair department. This role is responsible for repairing vehicle body damage to manufacturer and dealership standards. The ideal candidate has at least one to two years of hands on body shop or collision repair experience and is comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

Pay

Competitive pay based on experience and skill level.

Job Type and Schedule
  • Full time

  • Day shift

  • Monday through Friday

  • Occasional Saturdays as needed

Work Requirements
  • Ability to commute to Dubuque, IA required

  • In person, on site position

  • Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities
  • Repair collision damage including body panels, frames, and structural components

  • Perform metal repair, panel replacement, and body alignment

  • Prepare vehicles for paint including sanding, masking, and surface prep
