Job description

  • Assemble, wire, and troubleshoot complex electrical control panels, junction boxes, and subassemblies in accordance with advanced schematics and customer specifications.
  • Interpret and analyze complex electrical diagrams, blueprints, schematics, bills of material, and work instructions with minimal guidance.
  • Drill, tap, and modify enclosures for custom component mounting or cable routing.
  • Utilize a broad range of hand and power tools including wire strippers, multimeters, torque tools, and crimpers to perform detailed electronic assembly work.
  • Perform advanced point-to-point wiring and install/configure a wide range of industrial components such as PLCs, VFDs, HMI units, safety devices, and relays.
  • Review and redline documentation, initiating and supporting Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and process improvements.
  • Assist with integration and installation of finished assemblies into cabinets or field equipment.
  • Mentor junior technicians and support on-the-job training.
  • Maintain organization of work area and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Available for overtime and flexible scheduling as needed to meet deadlines.
