Engineering Technician | Electrical Panel Assembly
Pompano Beach, FL | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | $20-$30/hour

We're looking for an Engineering Technician to join our panel shop team in Pompano Beach.
This is a hands-on technical role working with custom electrical control panels. You'll build, wire, and help troubleshoot equipment from drawings and schematics while working alongside our engineering team.
If you already have panel-building or electrical assembly experience, we want to hear from you. If you have strong mechanical or electrical aptitude, enjoy working with your hands, and want to develop your technical skills, we're willing to train the right person.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the goal of finding someone who can grow into a long-term member of our team.
What You'll Do
  • Build and wire custom electrical control panels
  • Perform point-to-point wiring and install electrical components
  • Read and work from electrical schematics and drawings
  • Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and quality checks
  • Work closely with engineering and other team members to solve problems
  • Maintain an organized, safe, and productive work area
