We’re currently seeking a Restaurant Manager who thrives in a leadership role and is passionate about people, food, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
What You’ll Do
As a Restaurant Manager at Paisans, you’ll be responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant. You’ll lead, train, and inspire your team to uphold our high standards while ensuring smooth and efficient service throughout every shift. Our managers lead with purpose, and we back them with the tools and trust they need to excel.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Ensure consistent food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

Manage staffing: hiring, training, scheduling, and performance feedback.

Monitor financial performance (labor, food costs, waste, etc.) and control costs.

Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Foster a positive, high-energy work environment aligned with Paisans culture.

Work closely with upper management to implement operational goals and initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
