Position Overview:
MCM is seeking a detail-oriented Painter/Masker to support industrial finishing and plating operations. This role requires strong hand dexterity, precision, and the ability to maintain high quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Schedule & Pay:
  • Starting pay: $17.00 per hour.
  • Shift start time: 5:00 AM.
  • Typical workweek: 50–60 hours, including substantial overtime.
  • Schedule may fluctuate based on production and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mask and prepare metal parts for painting or coating processes.
  • Apply coatings or paint with close attention to detail and consistency.
  • Inspect parts for defects, coverage quality, and accuracy.
  • Handle small or intricate components requiring steady hand coordination.
  • Follow production specifications and safety procedures.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas.
  • Assist with general production tasks as needed.
