Job description

Pain Clinic Rn Opportunity At Saint Luke's East Hospital

Saint Luke's East Hospital has an opportunity for a Pain Clinic RN. This position will assist with rooming patients, preparing pain clinic patients for doctor's examination, and obtain pertinent patient history. This position will also assist the physician in procedures, provide patient education and post-procedure instructions, schedule follow up appointments, assist with patient referrals.

Shift- Part Time Days

This position functions independently and accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Coordinates the care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team. Delegates tasks appropriately. Identifies hospital resources. Serves as a clinical resource for new employees. Demonstrates positive formal or informal leadership within unit or department.

We are looking for an experienced nurse who is driven by innovation and continuous improvement. Moderate sedation experience is required. We need an out of the box thinker who is solution focused and seeking a challenging environment. We are seeking a compassionate RN with strong critical thinking skills who is passionate about ensuring a positive patient experience for our patients and their loved ones.

Job Requirements

Applicable Experience:

1 year Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Registered Nurse - Various Associate Degree
