JOB SUMMARY

The System Administrator is responsible for independently supporting and maintaining GMR’s enterprise applications, including NinthBrain, Hospital Hub, credentialing, and reporting platforms. This role focuses on advanced system configuration, troubleshooting, system integrations, and user support. The System Administrator collaborates closely with cross-functional teams and senior administrators to ensure stable system operations and efficient resolution of technical issues.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES

  • Independently manage and resolve ADO tickets, including root-cause analysis and solution implementation.
  • Perform system setup, configuration, and maintenance across NinthBrain, ImageTrend and related platforms.
  • Provide full lifecycle credential support, including setup, mapping, troubleshooting, and imports.
  • Troubleshoot IMT update failures and coordinate with appropriate teams to resolve issues.
  • Support the process of ensuring IMT profiles are created following primary license approvals.
  • Resolve credential import issues and support NEMSIS error processing.
  • Validate operational and compliance reports, troubleshooting discrepancies when necessary.
  • Provide user training when documentation or recorded materials are insufficient.
  • Support Hospital Hub troubleshooting, including missing records and incorrect PCR destinations.
  • Assist peers with access issues, troubleshooting, and ticket backlogs as needed.
  • Provide coverage for other administrators during PTO to ensure continuity of support.
  • Perform additional duties and participate in projects as required to support team and organizational objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

  • Three to five years of experience in system administration, application support, or IT operations, preferably in a healthcare or SaaS environment.

Skills

  • Experience working with ticketing systems such as ADO, Jira, Kayako, or similar platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in system configurations, credential data, integrations and reporting.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problemsolving skills, with the ability to analyze issues, follow defined processes, and implement reliable solutions.
  • Ability to review existing processes and workflows, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, or areas requiring improvement
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and support system integrations and configuration changes across enterprise applications.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and across crossfunctional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic support environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and enterprise reporting platforms.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
