Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sitecore Content Author to support high-volume content production and page publishing within an enterprise CMS environment. This role focuses on building, structuring, and publishing pages rather than content creation or copywriting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, update, and publish web pages using Sitecore CMS (or comparable enterprise CMS platforms)
  • Assemble pages using existing templates, components, and page-building tools
  • Ensure content is accurately placed, formatted, and rendered across devices
  • Maintain consistency with UX guidelines, layout standards, and content governance rules
  • Execute content updates efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced production environment
  • Collaborate with digital, product, and marketing teams to implement content changes
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and iterative delivery cycles
  • Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy before publishing
Required Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with Sitecore CMS or similar enterprise-level CMS with page-building capabilities
  • Strong experience in page building and content publishing (not a content writing-focused role)
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately in a production-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams (digital, product, marketing)
  • Familiarity with Agile or iterative delivery methodologies
  • Basic understanding of UX principles and how content structure impacts user experience
Preferred Attributes
  • Experience working in enterprise-scale digital environments
  • Comfort handling multiple concurrent content requests and deadlines
