Position Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team on a Part-Time or PRN basis. In this role, you will provide quality nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and work closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure outstanding resident outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
  • Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals
  • Respond appropriately to resident needs and emergencies
  • Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations
  • Utilize PointClickCare (PCC) and other clinical systems as needed
Qualifications
  • Current, unrestricted LPN license in South Carolina
  • Current CPR certification
  • Must maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirements
  • Must remain in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Nursing
  • Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
  • Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
