Work Description:

The Mitigation Cleaning and Packing Technician is responsible for restoring and cleaning properties affected by water, fire, mold, and hazardous materials. Key duties include cleaning and deodorizing contents, packing and moving items, assisting with demolition, and ensuring structures are cleaned and restored. Technicians will document damage and inventory, operate specialized equipment, and follow safety protocols. This position requires strong attention to detail and a focus on safety while helping clients recover from property damage.

Le/la technicien(ne) en nettoyage et emballage en aprs sinistre est responsable de la restauration et du nettoyage des proprits touches par leau, le feu, la moisissure et les matriaux dangereux. Les tches principales incluent le nettoyage et la dsodorisation des biens, lemballage et le dplacement darticles, lassistance la dmolition, ainsi que le nettoyage et la remise en tat des structures. Le/la technicien(ne) devra documenter les dommages et les inventaires, utiliser de lquipement spcialis, et respecter les protocoles de scurit. Ce poste exige une grande attention aux dtails et un fort souci de la scurit tout en aidant les clients se remettre des dommages leurs proprits.
