Job description

Mativ Renfrew is looking for Packers to join our production team! 

If you are willing and available to work 12hr rotating shifts (days/nights/weekends), and want an average of 14 days off every month, we want to hear from you! 

Reporting to the designated Safety and Production Supervisor, Packers will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Packing rolls of tape into corrugate containers according to specifications
  • Assisting operators as needed
  • Ability to troubleshoot
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures
  • Basic computer knowledge and skill
  • Ability to work in a team atmosphere environment
  • Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 education
  • 3-5 years proven experience, ideally in a fast-moving dynamic manufacturing environment.
  • Math and mechanical aptitude, as determined by entry testing
  • Ability to work both day and night shifts on a rotating 12-hour schedule

Compensation Package:

  •  
    • Salary Range: $21.18 to $21.88/hr.  
    • RRSP: 6.5% company RRSP match after successful completion of probationary period
